Welcome to Robins Class

We are a mixed class of Year 1 and Year 2 children taught by Miss Gough, alongside Mrs Burford in the mornings and Miss Chandler who teaches the class Science and Music on a Friday morning. 

Our topic for this term (Spring 2) is Dinosaur Planet.

Robins Home Learning - March 2020

Each day you will be expected to do:

  • 30 minutes of Maths
  • 30 minutes of English
  • Reading each day to an adult and a reading activity
  • 1 Phizifit task
  • To continue with Dinosaur Planet homework tasks or a activity from the Subject Challenge grid.

There is a bingo grid for Reading,Writing, Maths and one for other Subject Challenges. Please choose activities from each of these grids and record them in your home learning book.

Phonics

Year 1 - Phonics, at the moment we are working through Phase 5 where we look at alternative spellings for certain sounds.  However, recapping Phase 3 is also important.
